Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival at your Pacific City vacation rental are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 to 30 days before arrival will result in the loss of 25% of the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 7 days or less before arrival, the entire stay amount will be forfeited.
