    We understand that flexibility is important when it comes to planning a trip, which is why we’ve created a cancellation policy that balances the needs of both guests and property owners.


    • 30+ Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
    • 7–29 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations within this window result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
    • Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur the loss of the full stay amount.


    This policy gives your guests peace of mind while also allowing you to protect your income and ensure that your Central Oregon vacation rental is available for others in the event of a cancellation.

    To secure your Central Oregon vacation rental, we require a 25% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.


    We also place a security deposit, which is authorized 24–48 hours before check-in. This deposit is reserved but not charged, and it will be fully refunded after departure, as long as the property is left in good condition.
