Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 30 days prior to arrival would result in loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival would result in a loss of the entire stay amount.

The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
