  • What is your cancellation policy on rentals?

Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a loss of the full rental amount.

  • What is SUPERHOG?

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process to ensure compliance with local and state regulations. Your SUPERHOG application must match the name of the primary guest on the reservation, and the background check must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Your reservation is not confirmed until these requirements are met.

    Before check-in, all guests must:

    • - Sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of their stay.
    • - Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card.
    • - Pay a $50 non-refundable damage waiver via SUPERHOG, which covers accidental damage during the stay.
  • Do you allow pets?

Pets are welcome at many of our Nashville vacation homes. Pet policies may vary by property, so please review the specific listing for details. For pet-friendly properties, a standard $125 pet fee applies.
