Tampa Luxury Rentals

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

• To abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG

The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay

The best time to visit Tampa, Florida, depends on your weather, activity, and crowd preferences:

• Winter (December to February): Mild temperatures, low humidity, and popular with tourists escaping colder climates, though crowds can be higher.
• Spring (March to May): Warm, comfortable weather that’s perfect for beach days and festivals, with fewer tourists than winter, except during spring break.
• Summer (June to August): Hot, humid, and rainy, with frequent afternoon thunderstorms. Lower hotel rates, though high tourist traffic due to family vacations.
• Fall (September to November): Warm weather with fewer tourists, ideal for beach activities, with better prices and availability.

March to May or September to November offer a pleasant balance of weather and manageable crowds.

Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival qualify for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations between 7 to 30 days before arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival result in the loss of the full stay amount. For specific cancellation policies per property, please refer to the individual listing details. Our team is available to assist with any questions regarding your booking.

At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.

The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys, and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
