Please note that there is a casita in the back. The backyard may be shared with another guest if the casita is booked. If you are interested in booking both the main house and the casita, please reach out!

Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry. Please note that there is also a main house on site, so the backyard may be shared with another guest if it is booked during your stay. The casita has a separate entrance away from the main house.

Our property is walking distance to many local breweries, restaurants, and activities, but Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation in this area!

First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS! This is a residential area, and we must respect our neighbors. Noise must be limited, especially no loud music or noise after 10 pm. The home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $500 fine, and will be asked to check out with no refund.

We use AUTOHOST as part of our guest screening process. Your AUTOHOST application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect either a fully-refundable deposit (w/non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
- that both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Primary guest on the reservation must stay at the rental property.
- Locals, contact us prior to booking. Instant book is unavailable for residents coming from within 4 hours of Scottsdale, AZ.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- BBQ grill runs on propane. Never turn the gas on and forget to light it! It’s an extreme fire hazard. If propane-run devices are left on, and the gas runs out.
