Lower Level - one full bathroom, pool table room, 2 bedrooms with two queens in each, one stand up desk with monitor
Main Level - one full bathroom, laundry room with 2 washer/dryers, 2 bedrooms with one queen in each, large grand room, dining room, kitchen, pantry & garage
Top Level - three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one is an en suite in the master, master has one king bed, master also features a bonus space that is over the garage which has 2 queen beds and additional closet space, the other 2 guest bedrooms feature one queen bed in each

The estate is located on 3 private acres with parking for up to 8-10 cars.

The hot tub operates year round and typically the pool opens in Mid-May and closes in Late September.
There is a pool heater being installed in Mid-June of 2023 and can be turned on for $250 per weekend stay and $500 per weekly stay.

Heating & Cooling:
The home has 8 powerful Samsung Ductless units to power the entire house. There is nearly 100,000 BTUs of power and we have the system configured to be at 68 degrees in the winter and 72 degrees in the summer upon your arrival. Typically it only takes 3-4 units to keep the home at the desired temperature and they are extremely quiet. You have full control of the HVAC during your stay and there are 5-6 ceiling fans, most of which are directly above the beds.
We also have oil baseboard heat as a backup for those cold winter nights.
