This adorable 1st floor efficiency unit is located at Island Retreat Condominiums. Recent renovations include: new tile, new plumbing fixtures, new raised ceiling, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture. Feel free to cruise around in your golf cart back and forth from the beach or town as this condo is located in a "golf carts allowed" zone! With all of this and the great location you can't go wrong!
This condo sleeps 4 in total with two full size beds. The sofa also makes into a sleeper for additional sleeping. The kitchen features a 4 burner stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, and all the basic kitchen utensils. There is also a flat screen television with cable service.
The bathroom has recently been updated with new fixtures and coastal decor. No washer/dryer in this unit, but there is a coin-operating facility in the complex. Wireless internet is also provided.
Island Retreat has two community pools with picnic areas, a basketball court, playground, and a beach walkover.
This unit comes with one parking space and one parking pass. If you have another vehicle you will need to purchase an additional pass from Island Retreat. Additional passes will cost $10 per night per vehicle and the additional car or golf cart will have to park in the Overflow Parking Lot. Passes can be purchased from the Island Retreat Office, Mon-Fri 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Please note that parking is not assigned.
Attention Winter Texans! This property is available from November through February
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.
