Coastal Casa is an amazing 5 bedroom, 3 story home located in the coveted beach front community of Lost Colony. Conveniently located off of Highway 361, you are only a short 10 minute ride from a fun filled day in Port Aransas where you can rent a golf cart, enjoy the local restaurants, or catch a deep sea or bay fishing trip. With the location of this home you are also within a short drive of the big city of Corpus Christi where you can take the family to the new Schlitterbahn River Park, the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, and many other exciting activities.

The 1st floor of this home includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a king bed. Both of these bedrooms have flat screen tvs. Here you will find a common full bath and a small alcove with a day bed, fridge, microwave, and coffee bar. This level also hosts the full size washer and dryer.

The exterior side stairs will be what takes you up to the large 2nd floor deck where you can enjoy a view of the ocean while you listen to the waves. A great room with vaulted ceilings welcomes you as you enter the front door. There is a large 70 in smart TV in the living room to catch the game or binge watch your favorite show on one of the smart tv apps. Enjoy dinner together at the dining table for six with additional seating along the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking essentials and has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful glass front cabinets. On this floor you will also find a common full bath off of the hallway and two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and its own private bath.

Around the corner from the living room is an interior staircase that leads you to the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. Here you can enjoy views of the ocean right from the comfort of your own king size bed. This room is equipped with a flat screen tv. Aside from the killer view you get from your bed, there is also has an attached private deck with remarkable sunrise and ocean views.

Lost Colony has a community pool which is only a few houses down from this property. There is also a boardwalk for easy access to and from the beach (only 7 minutes walking). Wireless internet is also provided.

Winter Texans - this property is available monthly from November - February.

*Please note - This home's driveway can accommodate parking for up to 5 cars. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. *Absolutely NO STREET PARKING is allowed.* This home does not have any garage parking.
*Please note that the downstairs room is not connected to the rest of the house via an interior staircase. Guests would need to use the outside stairs to access this part of the home.
