Welcome to Wave Runner, a unique and fun beach retreat for your next Port Aransas vacation. This home has been thoughtfully arranged to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests of all ages. The downstairs of this home includes an adult game room with pool table, shuffleboard, fridge, and a 75 in flat screen TV. Adjacent to this space is a kids/teen game room that also includes a 75 in flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa with gel mattress, an air hockey table, giant connect 4 game, and several board games. There is also a wet bar with beverage cooler in this space that is accessible to both game rooms. You'll find a private bedroom on this level as well that includes a queen bed and flat screen Roku TV. Guests on this level have access to a common bath that includes a shower.

An interior staircase connects the lower level to the upstairs where you'll find the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room includes a flat screen TV and comfortable seating that also includes a queen sleeper sofa with gel mattress. The dining area has a large table with seating for 10 with additional seating provided along the kitchen island. Easily cook your catch of the day in the fully stocked kitchen. A pod and regular carafe coffee makers are available.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen roku tv, access to the upper deck overlooking the dunes, and its own ensuite bath with walk in shower with handheld shower head. Guest room one has twin over twin bunks with flat screen roku tv and guest room two includes a King size bed and flat screen roku tv. These rooms share a common hall bath with shower tub combo (handheld shower head).

The outside space of this home is truly special with upper decks that have views of the ship channel and dunes, a lower patio with comfortable seating, fire pit with chairs, and patio lights, fenced yard and additional games of cornhole and giant jenga!
