The two guest rooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a hallway bathroom with tub and tiled shower surround. The first guest room includes a king size bed and the 2nd guest room has two twin size beds. For additional sleeping the sofa in the living room opens up into a queen size bed.

The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs. The living room offers cable service and the master bedroom has a smart TV only. Wireless internet service is also provided.

You will find outside space galore including a large upper deck facing the direction of the gulf as well as a fenced in yard around three sides of the house.

BAY BOAT PARKING! Small bay boats are allowed as long as they are parked in the driveway. Please check with the management company on the size of your boat if you plan to bring one.
