This adorable, 4 bedroom 3 bath home was recently renovated and offers a great location near the beach on a quiet Cul-de-sac street. Located right off 11th street, you are less than 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store, the marina and much, much more.

Tropical Touchdown is perfect for large groups. Upstairs the home has an open, airy feel that you notice as soon you walk in. The living area, dining and kitchen are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer utility room and wireless internet service.

Down the hall you will find the master suite with king-size bed and its' own large bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed adorned in seashell bedding. There is another full bathroom and a third bedroom on this level. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is bright and fun in its' decor. The living area contains a queen sleeper sofa. On this level there is a large, covered front deck with patio furniture. Kick back here with an early morning cup of coffee, or spend a mellow evening with a cocktail listening to the ocean waves.

Downstairs there is an expansive bunk room. You will find a full size bunk bed and a twin size bunk bed. There is a sitting area with TV. No lack of space! Also, included in the bunk room is a full bathroom with shower. Window AC units in the bunk room and bath.

The main living room, upstairs master bedroom and the living area in the downstairs bunk room come equipped with a television with cable TV service.

Tropical touchdown has a large, fenced backyard with a BBQ pit, perfect for your furry friends. Outdoor shower with hot water and a long garden hose available to rinse off beach chairs.

The pool can be heated during the Winter months, however there is an extra nightly charge to use the pool heater. Please get in touch with the property manager prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated.

BAY BOAT PARKING! There is room for the boat and 5 more vehicles. Guests are allowed to use both sides of the garage. The garage is over-sized and very deep. Please check with the management company regarding the size of your boat beforehand to ensure you will not have any issues parking it.

Please note that the downstairs bunk room is not connected to the rest of the house via an interior staircase. Guests would need to use the outside stairs to access this part of the home.
