Look no further, you've found your Port A oasis! A Heron Paradise is located in the bay side community of Paradise Point. Nestled near the back of the community, this 4 bedroom 3 bath home has amazing views of the flats, nature preserve, and from time to time guests will even be able to catch a glimpse of ships making their way through the channel.

A side staircase leads to the upper back deck that runs the width of the house and where you will access the interior. Guests can relax out here and take in the beautiful sites of the nature preserve. Inside you will find a colorful, open, and spacious great room where everyone can easily gather together. The living room area has a nice comfy couch as well as a few coastal accent chairs. The dining area includes a table with seating for 6 and there is additional seating along the kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials and has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and white shaker style cabinets-all of which will allow you to enjoy cooking a delicious meal!

Off of the living room there is a master bedroom which includes a flat screen tv, walk in closet, and en suite with a double vanity and shower. Further down you will find a large bunkroom that is a great space for the kids to sleep and hang out. It includes a flat screen tv and a twin over twin bunk bed with an additional twin upper bunk over a lower futon. There are two guest rooms near the front of the home. The first is a 2nd master with King bed and a beautiful shutter headboard, a private bath, and a walk in shower while the other room has a queen bed and colorful beachy decor. Both of these rooms have access to the front balcony where you can sit and enjoy a beautiful sunset view! There is a common hallway bath with tub shower combo as well as a closet with full size washer and dryer.

A Heron Paradise has outside space galore with an expansive back yard area that runs to the nature preserve. There is a large charcoal bbq pit for grilling your catch of the day as well as a great table and chair set to sit down for an outside lunch, dinner, or cocktails!

Please note: The downstairs portion and garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed.

This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.
