Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 - bath custom beach home in the bayside community of Paradise Pointe. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet location of this community which is nestled next to the Port Aransas nature preserve where guests can get a view of the flats and also spot many different bird species throughout the year.

The home begins on the 2nd level and as you enter the home you are greeted by an wonderfully open great room with kitchen, dining area and living area. The open layout allows all of your group to gather in the same area and comfortably enjoy each other's company. The living room has 2 sofas and a chair along with a flat screen TV. There is a wood dining table with seating for 6 as well as a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless appliances for all of your culinary needs. The kitchen bar area seats an additional 4 people. Outside of the great room is a large covered porch.

Two bedrooms offer queen beds, with flat screen TVs and en suite bathrooms. These two bedrooms also offer access to the covered front porch. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed as well as a flat screen TV. One sofa in the living room also converts into a sleeper.

While there are many great features of this home, one of the best is the outside space. There is plenty of outside furniture for everyone to gather at sunset and have a cocktail or enjoy an evening dinner under a cool coastal breeze. Also there is a ton of space under the home with benches and a swing.

Paradise Pointe has a great community pool only a few spaces down from this home which guests will have access to.

Please note: The garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 3-4 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed. The house does have an electric lift, however please keep in mind this is for owner use only and not available to guests.

This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.
