The open layout allows all of your group to gather in the same area and comfortably enjoy each other's company. The living room has a great sofa and two accent chairs as well as a flat screen TV with Roku which includes a subscription to YouTube TV that not only has several great TV popular TV channels (including ESPN), it also has our local Corpus Christi channels. There is a solid wood dining table with seating for 6 as well as a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless appliances for all of your culinary needs. For convenience there is also a laundry room with - bath located off of the great room.

On this first level of the home you will also find a master bedroom with queen size bed, flat screen TV with ROKU, and a spacious on suite that includes a tiled shower with rain head. The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and both include a comfortable queen size bed. There is also a shared hallway bath with tub shower combo.

While there are many great features of this home, one of the best is the outside space with a back deck which overlooks the community pond. There is plenty of outside furniture for everyone to gather at sunset and have a cocktail or enjoy an evening dinner under a cool coastal breeze. Also there is a ton of space under the home with benches and a swing.

Paradise Pointe has a great community pool only a few spaces down from this home which guests will have access to.

Please note: The garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 3-4 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed.

This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.
