In addition to the pool you'll find string lighting, comfortable cushioned seating around the firepit for enjoyable nights outside. There are also lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun and hammocks for a nice outdoor nap! Stairway to Seven is the perfect coastal getaway!
Upstairs you will enter into the open concept living, dining, kitchen area. The cozy living room includes a flat screen smart tv for streaming your favorite entertainment. There is seating for 8 around the dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances and is well stocked for preparing all your meals.
The first guest room includes 1 twin over twin bunk bed and a separate queen bed. There is a flat screen Roku smart tv for guests of this room. The 2nd guest room boasts a king bed and flat screen roku TV and has access to the front balcony. The primary bedroom is a mirror image of the 2nd guest room with a king bed, flat screen roku tv, access to the front balcony, but also includes a private bath.
This home features a private, stackable washer and dryer. WIFI service is also provided. This home has a private pool, however Ocean Village also has a nice community pool and water feature.
Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Boat parking is allowed in the gravel area next to house. Please let the realty office know if you plan to bring a bay boat.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.
