This home feaures stained concrete floors throughout on the 1st floor and wood floors throughout on the second floor. There is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials.
The large master suite is downstairs and has a king sized bed with its own bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed, the second with a full bed and the third with a twin over full bunk bed and traditional twin bed. This property can accommodate up to 10 at a lower cost than similarly suited properties.
Three of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with Direct TV. The home also features wireless internet, and there is a washer/dryer utility room.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
