The backyard has an incredible set up with a massive gunite pool for the summer time and 6-person hot tub that is open all year round. Behind the waterfall, there is a horseshoe pit and an acre of flat lawn that is well maintained for any other backyard games. Adjacent to the pool there is a converted shed that is now an outdoor bar with seating for 4-5 people. The outdoor bar also has a TV, a beer fridge and a sink which along with the pool is open from Late May to Late September!

Heating & Cooling:
This home features 6 powerful Samsung Ductless units for heat and air conditioning.
We have the home programmed to be at 68 when you arrive in the winter and 72 when you arrive in the summer, while at the property you will have full control of the thermostats. Typically, it only takes 3-4 units to keep the home at the desired temperature and most of the rooms do also have ceiling fans, most of them are directly above the beds. For those cold winter nights, the home also has a large propane heater in the grand room and backup baseboard oil heat in nearly every room.

Hard to believe this Oasis is only a 90 minute drive from Boston.
