Happy Harbor sparkles! Come relax in style in this newly decorated condo at Pirates Bay in Port Aransas! Pirates Bay is one of the newest projects in Port Aransas and offers resort style accommodations with some of the best amenities in town, including two beautiful slope-entry swimming pools, community charcoal BBQ/picnic area and kids playground. Relax in the beautifully landscaped pool area in a lounge chair or under a shaded palapa! Just a 5 minute drive and you'll be on the sunny Gulf Coast beaches where you can fish off the jetty, swim, or just relax on the powdery sands.

Happy Harbor was completed in November of 2013 and sleeps up to 10. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds (both twin over twin). There is also a charming sleeping alcove off the hallway with twin bunks, and the living room sofa folds out into a high quality queen sleeper. There are three bathrooms, one with a tub, and the master with a double vanity. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and there is ample storage throughout. Linens and towels are provided along with a starter supply of paper products and garbage bags. Please bring your own beach towels.

There are many wonderful places to eat in Port Aransas, but when you want to cook, the Happy Harbor kitchen is well appointed! Enjoy the convenience of a blender, 4-slice bread/bagel toaster, hand mixer, waffle iron, countertop grill, air popcorn maker, coffee maker, French coffee press, and Keurig single-cup coffee brewer. You'll also find plenty of bakeware, pots and pans, serve-ware, food storage and indoor and outdoor tableware. There is seating for 8-9 at the dining room table (five chairs and a bench) and an additional 4 at the counter. Brand new stainless-steel appliances, glass tile backsplash and quartz countertops, too!

This property has everything! Enjoy the free wireless internet, satellite TV for the living room and all three bedrooms, a DVD player and an Xbox 360 game system with games. You'll also find a generous supply of books, DVDs and games in the unit. There is a full-size washer and dryer and a covered, outdoor patio area with cooling fans and a convenient shower. The condo is air-conditioned.

Please note that for safety reasons and your protection, we regret that we do not store any food products in the unit. Plan to bring food staples including spices, sugar, salt/pepper, etc. with you.

This property comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.

Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.
