Welcome to Tortuga, our beautiful poolside gem in Pirates Bay! This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is a split level cottage in this highly coveted resort area. This home is tastefully decorated in a bright, fun, tropical theme which will make you instantly feel like you are on "Island Time". Kick off your shoes and relax in the open concept great room which is great for having everyone together in one place. Open up the patio door and extend your space even more while having a picturesque view (and personal access via your own gate) of the community swimming pool.

The master bedroom is downstairs so this home can cater to people who might have trouble with stairs. The room has a big, cozy, King size bed and a flat screen tv. Just outside of the master bedroom you will find a lovely bathroom with a full size shower. Upstairs you will find two guest rooms and another bathroom which features a tub shower combo. The "Flamingo Room" has a queen bed with an adorable white picket fence headboard and you will find a queen bed and twin bed with trundle set up in the "Surfs Up Room"!

Pirates Bay has two community pools with b-b-q grilling area and playground. There are three assigned parking spaces with this property. You are even allowed to park a boat in one of them so long as the boat on the trailer fits in a normal parking spot. You are only about 1 mile from the beach so you can be there in a matter of minutes. Don't miss the boat on this truly unique and fun beach cottage!

The living area and 2 bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room offers cable service but the two bedroom TVs are smart TVs only with no cable service.

This property comes with 3 assigned parking spaces. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.

Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.
