Living room has a 55 inch TV which includes YouTube TV, Netflix, Apple TV and Peacock TV as well as Amazon PrimeVideo sit back on the comfy sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows we have an karaoke system there for you to sing your favorite songs!
The sunroom has a 55 inch TV it also includes YouTube TV Netflix, Apple TV Amazon PrimeVideo. Enjoy those comfy, heated, and massage sofas!
The kitchen includes a microwave ,toaster, and a air fryer and of course a coffee maker(coffee is provided)! Enjoy the brand new appliances, pots and pans are provided!
The dining room is where you can enjoy a home cooked meal, or enjoy some board games with family or friends!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and bath! With a 43 inch TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon PrimeVideo
Bedroom 2-3 both have a queen bed
Bedroom 4 is in the basement with 2 bunk beds and a pullout sofa.
This house has 4 stories so we have sleeping area on the 4th floor(loft) an air mattress as well as a cot!
Enjoy those rain shower heads in both bathrooms! The washer and dryer are both Samsung.

Bring your swimming apparel and cool off during those hot summer days out in the pool.(POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON, POOL WILL REOPEN MAY 9th) Bring those fishing rods and fish right off the sea wall. I can’t wait to hear those fishing stories!
The game room in the garage has a pool table, a ping pong table, and darts. Cornhole is also included, feel free to take that on the outside during the summer we also have tether ball for the kids to enjoy!
Gym equipment is located in the garage as well!
In the evening enjoy some juicy steak over the fire or some s’mores! The Charbroil Grill will make some delicious burgers for you!
