Spend your vacation in the newly completed 11th street Bungalows! Jay's Surf Shack is a brand new (completed 2020) 2 bedroom 1 bath freestanding home that has been tastefully decorated and is an inviting retreat for your group.

This property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a Master bedroom boasting a king bed and a guest room with full over full bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and the kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite meal and a Keurig Duo for coffee lovers.

There is a large flat screen tv in the living area and the master bedroom also has its own flat screen for your viewing pleasure.

The community pool area is located at the front of the complex right along 11th street which makes for great people watching. There are actually two pools-one for small children and one for older children and adults. You can't beat the location of these bungalows as you are a short golf cart ride to the beach. You can even take a stroll down 11th to Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive if you would like to walk.

This unit has a washer dryer for your use as well as wireless internet.

There is parking here for 3 standard size vehicles or 2 plus a boat! Please look at photos for reference and check with management regarding boat size.
