The Gruene Escape is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath home nestled within the luxurious beachfront community of Royal Sands. Completed in 2021, this beauty includes all of the coastal touches you expect in a beach home including shiplap accents, coastal furnishings, and great natural lighting. Enjoy cooling off in the private in-ground pool and relax around the fire pit in the evenings. Centrally located within the community, this home is a short distance from both the Royal Dunes community pool and the golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach.

The first level of the home includes a large entryway with a built in twin daybed w/trundle and two private guest rooms. The 1st guest room includes a queen bed, flat screen smart tv, and has connected access to the hall bath. The 2nd guest room has two queen beds, flat screen smart tv, private en suite bath with custom tiled shower, and direct access to the back yard and pool area.

Up the stairs you'll find a beautiful kitchen with custom tiled backsplash, open shelving, quartz counters, table island w/seating, and stainless appliances. The cozy living room has a large flat screen TV with spectrum cable that is encompassed by two sofas and a comfortable chair w/ottoman.

The dining area contains a coastal table and a coffee bar with beverage cooler. From this area, you can access the spacious covered deck with colorful polywood chairs that allow you to take in views of the pool while relaxing in the shade.

You will be wowed in the primary bedroom with king bed, flat screen tv, and lavish spa-like ensuite bath. Double vanities, tiled shower, and soaking tub will provide you with ultimate relaxation after a day at the beach. An additional guest room includes a king bed, flat screen smart tv, and a private en suite bath with tiled shower.

A utility room with a full size washer dryer for all your laundry needs is located on the upper level as well. Wifi service is also provided.

Please note: The driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed. The larger garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. Guests are allowed to use the smaller garage.
