Welcome to our cozy home in Knoxville. Unwind in this cheerful and relaxing two
bedroom, two bath house with a walk out porch and fenced in backyard. This is a midterm rental, perfect for those traveling for work, students, or families that are relocating. This is a SMART home with a smart thermostat and Amazon Echo Dot.
This home is located just minutes from downtown Knoxville, University of Tennessee, UT Medical
Center, Knoxville Market Square and all the other wonderful attractions Knoxville has to
offer. Less than 3 miles from the house you have an award-winning Williams Creek Par
3 golf course, breweries, the World Fair Park and the acclaimed Ljams Nature Center.
It can be your central hub since it is just 27 miles from Pigeon Forge, 30 miles from
Dollywood and 34 miles from Gatlinburg. Stay a week at our home and make easy day
trips to any of these attractions. Our house is perfect for anyone that wants to come for
business trips or extended stays.
Guests will have access to the entire home via a keypad, minus the owners closet
