The house provides a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach fun. Piggy's Perch has the added convenience of being next to one of the most extraordinary community pools in Port Aransas. The amazing pool has rock formations, a fun water slide, BBQ grills and several thatched palapa tables around the deck area. It is even heated during the winter so it can be enjoyed year round!

The first level of the home features tile floors and offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom includes two comfortable queen size beds, a flat screen TV, and full size en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed and flat screen TV. Guests of this room have access to a hallway bath in the hallway.

On the 2nd level, you will find a spacious open concept living area that is a wonderful hang out space. The living room has a large sectional sofa and accent chairs for relaxing while you catch the game or watch a movie on the large SMART flat screen television. Enjoy views of the community pool through the large windows along the south wall of the living room. The attached dining area boasts a coastal table with seating for 6 and the breakfast bar can seat an additional 4. The fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with granite counter-tops. The living area opens to a balcony with outdoor seating and views of the pool. The 1st master bedroom, including a plush king bed, flat screen TV, and a full size en-suite bathroom is is also located on this level at the front of the townhome. For guest's convenience there is a half bath located in the living area as well..

The fourth bedroom-a 2nd master suite-is located on the 3rd floor and provides true privacy and tranquility. It includes a king bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and a wonderful glimpse of the ocean from its own balcony.

**There are only two assigned parking spaces with this unit; the garage is accessible to guests however it is only large enough to accommodate a golf cart. There is a pay by day parking lot nearby on Beach Access 1A by the "On the Beach RV Park" for additional vehicles.
