Welcome to Borracho Beach! This brand new 2 story townhome resides in the Beachside community of Port Aransas. Conveniently located on 11th street next to Sandcastle Drive, you can walk to the beach or hop in your golf cart and cruise around town!

This beautiful home has a light Spanish flair with fun colors and its namesake Borracho decor throughout. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared hallway bathroom. The first room has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and the 2nd has a comfortable king bed. Both have 40 inch flat screen smart tvs and their own doors that open up to the back covered patio. Making your way upstairs you will find the master bedroom to the left which also has a king bed, a private bath, and its own covered balcony. Also upstairs you will find a nice open floorplan that allows for easy entertaining. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless appliances with a convenient breakfast bar. In the living area, kick back and relax on the large sectional while you watch the game on the 65 inch flat screen smart tv, or make your way outside to the front covered deck and enjoy a refreshing drink at the outside bar with a view of the pool.

The community pool is the gem of this development and is one of the most amazing pools in all of Port Aransas. It is salt water and is also heated during the winter time. You will see underwater muliticolor lighting at night which makes for such a beautiful site after sunset. The kids will have a blast while swimming, especially when they zip down the winding water slide! There are also several lounge chairs and palapas around the pool's perimeter for you to soak up some sun or be in the shade.

**There are only two assigned parking spaces with this unit; The garage is available for guest use and has a refrigerator freezer and cornhole boards. Please note that It is a small garage and will only fit a small car, golf cart or storage. There is a pay by day parking lot nearby on Beach Access 1A by the "On the Beach RV Park" for additional vehicles.

**Although top bunk is large enough for 2 people, for safety reasons, we recommend limiting that to children, or one adult only.
