This single-level home has been meticulously designed to offer your family and friends an abundance of opportunities for both entertainment and relaxation. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, this luxurious oasis is equipped with an array of amenities to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay for your group.
The property boasts a screened-in pool with 8 lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. You can also enjoy outdoor cooking with a BBQ grill, unwind around a cozy fire pit, or hang out in the hammock. For indoor entertainment, there's a pool table to challenge your friends to a game!
If you're in the mood to explore the area, we provide bikes for your convenience. And for those who can't start their day without a caffeine kick, we've got a Keurig coffee machine ready for you. With plenty of outdoor seating, you can gather for meals or drinks in the open air. There's also the convenience of an outdoor shower to refresh after a day of beach activities! Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Public Beach Access is just 2 miles away!
Moreover, the house features a fully functional kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, providing you with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
