Newly constructed "Highway 9" is located within the Sandcastle Cove development-an easy commute to and from the beach via Sandcastle Drive. Situated along 11th street you can also use a golf cart to get to town and the beach to enjoy all Port Aransas has to offer!

An attractive outside private pool and lounge area welcome you upon your arrival. Enjoy a family bbq and set up your favorite refreshments at the wet bar which includes a beverage fridge.

The interior of Highway 9 greets you with an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining, and living making spending time together easy. Kick back and relax while you watch the game or your show of choice on the 70' HD flat screen TV. The dining table includes a built-in wrap around bench and chairs with additional seating along the bar. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to prepare a great meal for your guests and includes both a regular carafe and pod coffee makers.

Sleep in comfort on the plush king size bed present in the primary bedroom where you'll also find a flat screen TV and ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom also offers a king size bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is a bunkroom with a full over full bunkbed with flat screen TV. Both guest rooms share a common hall bath with tub/shower combo.

PLEASE NOTE: if your stay is in the winter months & plan to use the pool, this pool is heated by a heat pump meaning that it will NOT be a hot tub temp. If the air temp is above 50, the pool temp MAY heat UP TO 20 degrees warmer. Below 50 air temp, it will not feel warm. The warmer the outside air temp, the more comfortable feel of the pool water. We CANNOT guarantee a temp for the pool. MOST DAYS, with the outside air temp reaching ABOVE 60 degrees, even in the winter in Port A, the pool should heat up to ABOUT 84 degrees. Please understand that the pool will NEVER feel like a hot tub with the pool warmer on at its highest setting. The pool warmer can be activated when the water temp gets below 83 degrees which is usually mid October to mid April time frame (depending on weather/temps).
