New construction 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with private pool! The swimming pool is heated in the colder months as well!

Prime location on 11th street across from a beach access road. Easily drive to and from the beach via Sandcastle Drive! Relax with your group outside in the private pool or on the spacious wooden deck. There is also the added convenience of a half bath downstairs as well.

Upstairs the shared space is open concept. The living room will be set up with comfy furniture and a flat screen TV. Across from the living room you'll find a dining table and chairs and there are bar stools along the kitchen peninsula creating plenty of seating for your group to enjoy a meal together. Prep and cook your catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen that includes all your basic cooking essentials.

The first bedroom is the bunk room set up with a full over full bunk and a flat screen TV. The 2nd guest room will have a king bed and flat screen TV. These rooms share the common hall bath with tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom will also include a king size bed, flat screen TV, and its own private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The sofa in the living room also folds out into a Queen size bed.

Wireless internet service is also provided. There is a full size stackable washer and dryer in a laundry closet for your convenience.

Max parking is for 3 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE: if your stay is in the winter months & plan to use the pool, this pool is heated by a heat pump meaning that it will NOT be a hot tub temp. If the air temp is above 50, the pool temp MAY heat UP TO 20 degrees warmer. Below 50 air temp, it will not feel warm. The warmer the outside air temp, the more comfortable feel of the pool water. We CANNOT guarantee a temp for the pool. MOST DAYS, with the outside air temp reaching ABOVE 60 degrees, even in the winter in Port A, the pool should heat up to ABOUT 84 degrees. Please understand that the pool will NEVER feel like a hot tub with the pool warmer on at its highest setting. The pool warmer can be activated when the water temp gets below 83 degrees which is usually mid October to mid April time frame (depending on weather/temps).
