This home is located in Station Place on the gulf side of Port Aransas. Station Place is a new development that offers a community pool and boat parking*. This is a relatively small development with only 9 units but there is ample parking for 2-3 standard size vehicles along the side of the home and for a golf cart in the front. There is no through traffic, so guests can feel a little more at ease with the kids playing outside.

Enjoy hanging out with family and friends together in the open concept floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen. Tile floors, shiplap walls, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances make this a truly fabulous space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen tv, and an en suite bath with tiled walk in shower. Down the hallway you will find two guest rooms separated by a full bath. The first guest room features a queen size bed and flat screen tv. Your kids will have a blast in the bunkroom which comes equipped with a flat screen tv. All televisions are smart TVs. Guests are welcome to login to Netflix, Hulu, etc. with their own account.

This home features a lot of little extras that will make your vacation even more awesome! There is a charging station for cell phones and tablets and a coffee bar with both traditional drip and K-cup coffee makers. There is also a charcoal grill on the side of the house that guests can use to grill a delicious meal. Outside you will find many beach toys and chairs that the owner has provided for their guests to use.
