Sleeping up to 8 guests, this unit has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are also 2 twin rollaway beds for additional sleeping.

Both bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions with cable and their own bathrooms. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

The living room has a large window and opens up onto a covered, private patio. From there it is just steps to the community BBQ areas and nice-sized swimming pool. The complex also has a community laundry facility and free wireless internet.

Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.
