The cozy and tranquil Tropical Niche is located in the beautiful beachfront community of Royal Sands where you will find great amenities such as a golf cart accessible boardwalk to the gulf and two community swimming pools.

This home is all one level with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths-no stairs to deal with! The common area of living, dining, and kitchen are all connected in one large space giving plenty of room to entertain and hang out with the entire group. The living room has two comfortable sofas and a rattan chair to kick back and relax while you watch the flat screen tv.

The dining table has seating for 6 and there are 4 bar stools along the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen has granite counters and the cabinets are stocked with all the basic essentials for creating your favorite culinary masterpiece for the family.

The master bedroom off of the living area, and away from the two guest rooms, includes a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a private en suite bath with a double vanity. Around the corner from the kitchen is a hallway that has both guest rooms and a shared common bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a bunk room with two twin over twin bunks and the third bedroom has a queen bed.

The fourth bedroom is a seperate guest suite with a king bed, it's own bathroom and a small kitchenette. Please keep in mind that this suite has its own exterior entrance and there is no interior connection to the main house.

There is a also utility room with full size washer and dryer and Wifi service is provided.

The outside area in the rear of the home has a patio area with a bbq grill. Tropical Niche is conveniently located directly across the street and just mere steps from the family pool.

Please note: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed.
