Our cheery Sunshine Cottage is the perfect island getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This vintage bungalow has been renovated to include all of the modern conveniences and is decorated with an urban flair. The kitchen has a spacious layout and includes butcher block countertops, a large stainless sink, a 4 burner electric range, refrigerator with freezer, and everything you need to prepare your favorite recipe for dinner.

The living room area hosts a comfortable sofa that is able to convert into a double bed as well as an eating area that accommodates two and a flat screen tv. There is a hallway that divides the kitchen and living room from the bedroom and on one side of this there is a closet area with tons of storage space and on the other side there is a bathroom with a subway tiled stall shower. The sleeping area includes a king size bed and a mounted flat screen tv. There is also a workstation desk for your convenience even though we hate to see you have to work on your vacation!

What is most unique about this property is the amazing outdoor space which includes a large covered deck with dining table, patio furniture, as well as a fire pit for night time enjoyment.

Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location.

The bedroom and living room both have flat screen televisions with cable. Wifi is also provided.

Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.
