Get the privacy of a home for the price of a condo! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage at Spanish Village in Port Aransas is free standing and offers a bit of old Port A charm with the conveniences you would expect from a modern home.
This cottage features some amazing outdoor space including a private patio area with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ grill, wonderful tropical landscaping and a fenced backyard perfect for your furry friends!
This unit has been recently completely renovated inside and out including new stucco exterior, tiled roof, new central air conditioning, fresh paint, and new furnishings.
Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location.
This home features tile flooring throughout as well as a modern kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, 4 burner range and oven, coffee maker and all the other essentials.
This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a fold out sofa bed. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.
