This family-friendly vacation home comes equipped with a pack n play and high chair, making it perfect for families with little ones. For those who love to explore the water, there's a public boat ramp just a quarter mile from the driveway. Additionally, you'll find a variety of dining and entertainment options less than a mile away at the new Seminole City Center, featuring an outdoor promenade with a wide array of shops and restaurants, including the popular CineBistro.

Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Boca Ciega Waterfront Millennium Park and the 50-mile Pinellas Trail, offering endless opportunities for biking, walking, and running. And if you're craving some beach time, it's just a short bike ride or golf cart ride across the bridge to the beautiful shores of Indian Shores and Redington Shores.

Inside, you'll find a tastefully updated space with all new mattresses and furniture. All bedrooms are situated upstairs for privacy and convenience. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, an ensuite shower, and a jet tub for ultimate relaxation. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also feature king beds, while Bedroom 4 offers 2 queen beds. The loft area is perfect for larger groups, with 4 queen beds, a slide in the middle, and a queen pullout couch. Each room is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment.
